Luis Gazitua Featured on The Ivy Podcast

Gazitua Letelier’s own, Luis Gazitua, was featured on the latest episode of The Ivy Podcast. The Ivy Podcast features episodes with the most accomplished executives
from global organizations, who share insights and case studies. It is focused on various relevant topics, such as:

– Innovation & Strategy
– Digital Transformation
– Hiring and Retention Strategies
– Creating Winning Company Cultures
– and much more

In the podcast, Gazitua discussed a bit of his history, what exactly the firm does, and looks at current initiatives that will lead to what’s next in Miami.

What Does the Firm Do?

After discussing exactly how he got where he is, Gazitua delves into the specifics of his firm. Gazitua Letelier essentially acts as business development support, representing major companies looking to secure contracts with local governments. These projects may be anything from bridges to jails to airport infrastructure. The firm engages early in the process, from initial interest, all the to and through the closing of the project, helping their clients navigate every step of the way.

What’s Next?

In looking to the future of Miami, Gazitua looks to the present and at many of the initiatives put forth by City of Miami Mayor Francis Suarez. Suarez has created an almost global niche by simply asking the question ‘How Can I Help?’ And this question has evolved into a vision to make Miami the Capital of Capital.

While inviting relocation growth, both Suarez and Gazitua, are looking to keep things local as well. It is important to make sure that local Tech Startups have a seat at the table. It’s also important that industries moving into Miami have an easy flow of talent acquisition and access to the talent pool emerging from FIU.

It’s not just the great weather that draws businesses to Miami. While the favorable tax climate help, owners and operators looking to relocate have so many more questions. With allies on their side, they can explore incentives available for relocation, even get advice on where to live, where to send the kids to school, and more.
