Dedicated to the notion that service, excellence, and hospitality are the cornerstones of any successful food & beverage concept, Ariete Hospitality Group is the culinary and hospitality collective created by the celebrated and 2020 James Beard Awards “Best Chef: South” semifinalist chef Michael Beltran and his business partner Andrew Falsetto.Ariete Hospitalityowns and operates some of South Florida’s most popular and award-winning food and beverage concepts including the restaurants Ariete, Navé, and Chug’s Cuban Diner, as well the bars The Taurus (all in Coconut Grove), and The Scape Goat on Miami Beach.
Making the Leap from Representing to Investing
Last winter, as Ariete sought to expand further, with new concepts in Miami World Center, and in Coconut Grove, our own Luis Gazitua saw an opportunity to invest. The Ariete brand, which boasts a world-renowned chef, and a local flair that has allowed it to succeed in the saturated dining market of Miami, was too good of an opportunity for Luis to pass up.
