Ariete Hospitality Group has not one but two prized spaces in Miami Worldcenter. The first announced tenants will include both Laurel and El Vecino.
As the Miami Worldcenter starts to come together, with additional deliverables anticipated later this year, they’ve announced their first set of tenants, and Laurel and El Vecino, both by Ariete Hospitality Group occupy places on that very short list. Laurel will call 2,800 sq ft of both indoor and outdoor space on the ground floor of the Caoba Miami Worldcenter Apartment Tower its’ home. El Vecino, being a cigar bar, as opposed to a full restaurant, will occupy a smaller footprint at 1,600 sq. ft. It will also reside in the Caoba building on the corner of the 7th St promenade and NE 1st Avenue.
