Gazitúa LetelierMiami Lobbying Firmclient, Drivers Club Miami (“DCM”), a luxury auto track and racing club in Miami, recently signed a 30-year lease agreement with Miami-Dade County and received a timetable for its development project.

The project encompasses over 160 acres and includes several community investments. DCM will have twelve (12) months to develop the land at 20000 NW 47 Avenue and begin constructing facilities for three non-profit organizations: His House Children’s Home, ARC of South Florida, and The Center for Family and Child Enrichment. Also, within eighteen (18) months, as part of its agreement with the County, DCM will begin construction on a Northwest Dade Government Center and a community center located within the encompassing 160 acres. As a result of DCM’s investment of hundreds of millions of dollars in this project, Pista will create over 2,400 jobs in Miami-Dade County.[1]
