Luis Andre Gazitua, founder of Gazitua Letelier, has announced the launch of Impact Three Questions, a quarterly interview feature produced in partnership with Teodora Thompson, Founder and Editor of Coconut Grove Magazine.
What Is Impact Three Questions?
Impact Three Questions is designed for one purpose: put practical, place-based leadership in front of the Coconut Grove business community in a format that is short, readable, and easy to share.
Each installment features three questions focused on the Grove as an economic and neighborhood ecosystem — what is working, what needs to work better, and where the next opportunity lies for residents, merchants, hospitality operators, and the visitor experience.
The format is intentionally disciplined. Three questions. Tight answers. No partisan framing. No commentary. No antagonism. The result is a piece that public officials can participate in comfortably, business leaders will actually read, and the community can circulate without controversy.
Why Coconut Grove, Why Now?
Coconut Grove is one of Miami-Dade's most distinct economic and cultural corridors. Decisions affecting mobility, permitting, safety, events, and development shape daily business conditions in ways that are often invisible until they aren't. Impact Three Questions exists to make those decisions visible — and to connect the people making them with the business community they affect.

Impact Three Questions will run quarterly in Coconut Grove Magazine and will be supported through coordinated distribution and digital promotion, including amplification through participating guests and their official platforms. Four installments are planned for 2026.
